Our Shipping Information

When an order is placed we will estimate the total shipping time necessary to get the items to you and provide you with a possible delivery date. The information will be provided to you via email. This estimate will be based on when you placed the order, the distance of travel, weekends / holidays and other similar factors. Please remember that these are estimates and not guaranteed dates unless provided directly from the carrier.

Orders placed before 5:00 AM in the Arizona time zone (Mountain Time Zone) will be shipped out the same day excluding holidays and weekends. If an order is placed after 5:01 AM Mountain Time Zone the package(s) will be sent out the next possible business day.

If the order is placed on a holiday or weekend your package will go out the next possible business shipping date.

Our primary shipping method has a flat rate of $0.00 (Yeah, that’s free) to the contiguous 48 United States. You have the ability to expedite the shipping and handling for an additional fee of just $9.99.

At this current time we do not offer an overnight shipping option. Sorry.

A tracking number will be provided to you if available from the carrier. The packages will require a signature of someone over the age of 21 when cigars are being delivered.

Hawaii & Alaska

There is a small flat fee of just $19.99 when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

If you spend over $150 the shipping fee is waived automatically.

Puerto Rico

There is a small flat fee of just $4.99 when shipping to Puerto Rico.

If you spend over $50 the shipping fee is waived automatically.

Shipping Carriers We Use

Fox Cigar Bar uses three primary shipping carriers. These include USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx (Federal Express) and UPS (United Parcel Service). We will process your package with the carrier that can deliver it in the fastest possible manner.

Can I Arrange Store Pickup?

Not yet! Store pickup can not be arranged at this time. We’re working on adding in this ability in the near future.

This Is Our Return Policy

You may return most unopened items within 14 days (two weeks) of delivery for a full refund. If the return is not due to an error on our behalf you will be required to absorb the shipping cost. If an item is returned due to the result of our error Fox Cigar Bar will pay for the package to be sent back using our selected carrier. Please give us a call at (480) 983-5420 to let us know that you are going to return a product and make the proper arrangements for a replacement.

How To Return An Item

If you need to return an item please give us a call at (480) 983-5420 or email us at (or use the handy contact form located here). We will issue you a return authorization code to include on the package. Once we receive the package and issue your refund we will send you an e-mail notification.

Can I Return A Customized Item?

This is a mixed answer, so please read carefully. Once any item has been customized for you we can not accept returns. However, if an item has been incorrectly customized we will accept the return as long as you follow the proper steps outlined above.

If you have ordered a spirit to be customized we can not accept a return under any circumstances if the bottle has been open. Please contact us before hand if there are any issues with your order.

Can I Return To A Store

Unfortunately you can not return an item directly to one of our locations. We are working on adding this ability in the near future.

This Is Our Refund Process

If you have requested a refund and it has been approved: Expect to receive your refund within 14 days (two weeks) of handing over your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period stated includes the transit/shipping time to us from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes our merchant to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

Can You Get An Exchange?

Yes! Provided that the item is like in nature (cost, item, etc) you can get an exchange provided it is in like-new condition. You will be required the cost of shipping the item back and the new item to you in this scenario. Please contact us beforehand.


In accordance with Senate Bill 39 all shipments require an adult signature before completing the delivery. It also requires us to give you a telephone call to confirm the order, after 5:00 P.M.


Due to State Regulations we do not ship any flavored tobacco products into Massachusetts.

South Dakota

State Regulations dictate that we can not ship tobacco products into South Dakota. Sorry.
