Description
Not every small-gauge blend makes the jump to a larger format gracefully, but with the Bluebonnets Toro, Rojas absolutely nails it. Named after the flower that blooms across Noel’s adopted home state of Texas, this vitola stays true to the original recipe: an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper over a Nicaraguan core that brings a touch more body and added complexity to the profile.
Right out of the gate, that signature Corojo spice takes the lead. Once the burn settles in, notes of toasted cedar, roasted nuts, and creamy cocoa begin to unfold. A natural sweetness rounds out the experience, while a final pop of pepper on the finish serves as a reminder that this is unmistakably a Rojas cigar.
