The Allegiance Wingman cigar from E.P. Carrillo features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and filler. In fact the Allegiance cigar line was created in partnership with Oliva Cigar Co and was rolled at their factory in Esteli, Nicaragua.
