The LeRoy Neiman 2026 Collector’s Edition by J.C. Newman marks the fourth release in a collaboration that has generated more than $117,000 for arts education since its debut in 2023. This year’s edition showcases one of Neiman’s most captivating works, The President’s Birthday, a painting that immortalizes the unforgettable evening of May 19, 1962, when Marilyn Monroe famously serenaded President John F. Kennedy at Madison Square Garden. Among the notable figures in attendance were Jackie Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, Ted Kennedy, and Lyndon B. Johnson.
For cigar enthusiasts, the blend remains true to the formula that defined the first three releases. An undisclosed Habano Rosado wrapper envelops a Florida Sun Grown binder and a selection of well aged filler tobaccos from across Latin America. Presented in a substantial 6½ x 56 Toro Grande vitola, the cigar offers a rich and rewarding smoking experience worthy of the iconic artwork it celebrates.
Each cigar is handcrafted at J.C. Newman’s historic El Reloj factory in Tampa, the oldest operating premium cigar factory in the United States. In honor of America’s upcoming semiquincentennial, every cigar features an America250 commemorative foot band celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary.
Collectors will find more than just cigars inside each box of 20. An authentic lithograph of The President’s Birthday, produced by Vrijdag Premium Printing in Holland, accompanies every box. The artwork also appears as a decorative wrap on each cigar, while the underside of the box displays a print inspired by the paint splattered floor of Neiman’s famed New York City studio.
Beyond its collectible appeal, the project continues to support a meaningful cause. All profits from the LeRoy Neiman Collector’s Edition series are donated to arts education programs in Tampa public schools, including those located near the El Reloj factory. Since the partnership began in 2023, the series has contributed $117,000 to help inspire the next generation of artists.
