The Detroit River is the second installment in Fratello Cigars’ Concealed Carry series, The Detroit River release consists of 1,000 canisters, each containing 12 cigars. The packaging for the Detroit River cigars and jar features an image of law enforcement officers pouring confiscated alcohol into the Detroit River during the Prohibition era, when the river was a well-known route for smuggling liquor.
