Description
The story of Angel Cuesta goes back more than a hundred years, named after Angel LaMadrid Cuesta, one of the men behind the famous Cuesta-Rey brand. These cigars even earned a place in history as the official smoke of King Alfonso XIII, who ruled Spain from 1886 to 1931. Today, the Angel Cuesta Shade joins the award-winning Angel Cuesta Rosado, which J.C. Newman first released just a couple of years ago.
Angel Cuesta Shade is handmade in The American Room at J.C. Newman’s iconic El Reloj factory in Tampa, Florida, better known as Cigar City. It comes dressed in a silky Nicaraguan Shade wrapper, with aged binder and filler tobaccos from three continents carefully chosen by the Newmans. Each cigar is finished with a classic pigtail cap, making it as good to look at as it is to enjoy.
